Definition of prayer
PSALM 121:8 Prayers is to ask God to lead you
PSALMS 23:4 protection by God
PSALMS 118:5 salvation of God
Ask for blessings of the lord
PSALMS 70:
PSALMS 24:8 asking for help from God

MATTHEW 7:7 ask and you shall receive and knock and it shall be open unto you
MARK 1:35 Jesus went every morning up the mountains to pray

Prayers makes one get close to God and the mighty power of the lord

God is great if only you get  close to him: you only get close to him through  prayers.
God is great from where you stand.

ESTHER 7:1 KING ASHASERUS prepared a banquet  where from it Esther was chosen as queen.

HAMAN was great leader but Mordecai did not kneel before him just because Mordecai believe that God was great that man.

ESTHER 3:
HAMAN wanted to kill every Israelites. He had sent letters to every corner of the prayer . Israelites prayed and Easter God acceptance before the King. Israel was saved. When ESTHER  was in a banquet with the king. HAMAN was killed in the place of Mordecai, him having saved the King from a plot.

In our lives prayers have power.

ENEMY OF PRAYER
1. Lack of Faith. Remember our bodies prevent us from receiving from God by giving us doubt.

2. Lack of Patience. Luke 18:1
Pray without giving up.  3 FEETS FROM THE GOLD, DON'T GIVE UP

3. Pride before the Lord. Do not judge the other person when you pray. Luke 18:9

4. Secret sin

5. Fail to forgive MARK 11:15, MATTHEW 6:14, LUKE 14:13 forgive and you shall be forgiven.

Believe that God answers prayers and you will see him fulfill
