Spiritual transformation is the divine process of being made new in Christ, moving from darkness into light. It involves receiving grace, embracing a new identity, and walking in the power of the Gospel. It is achieved through faith in Christ's finished work, continual renewal of the mind, and obedience to the call of reconciliation.
Embrace your new identity
Recognizing that in Christ, you are a completely new creation, freed from condemnation.
✔ Accept that you are reconciled to God—no longer an enemy, but holy and without blemish
✔ See yourself as rescued from the dominion of darkness and brought into the Kingdom of light
✔ Walk in the confidence that you are a new creation; the old life has passed away
✔ Remember you are called to a holy life not by your works, but by God’s purpose and grace
✔ Reject shame—you are saved, set apart, and empowered to testify boldly
Walk in grace and freedom
Living daily in the reality of God’s unmerited favor and liberation from sin’s power.
✔ Understand that grace was given before time began—it is yours through Christ Jesus
✔ Recognize that Christ took your sins and cleansed you, making your path straight
✔ Do not fear suffering for the Gospel; join in it by God’s power, for there is heavenly reward
✔ Stand firm in faith, unmoved from the hope held out in the Gospel
✔ Let go of hypocrisy—you have been set free for the glory of the Father
Fulfill your ministry of reconciliation
Carrying the Gospel to others as an ambassador of Christ’s restoring love.
✔ Preach the Good News to all creation—this is the commission given to every believer
✔ Bind up the brokenhearted, proclaim freedom to captives, and release those in darkness
✔ Comfort those who mourn and bestow beauty for ashes, gladness for mourning
✔ Remember: you have been given the ministry of reconciling people to God
✔ Seek first the Kingdom of God, trusting that all else will be added
Operate in spiritual authority
Walking in the power and signs that accompany those who believe.
✔ Believe and be baptized—salvation is yours, and condemnation has no hold
✔ Drive out demons, speak in new tongues, and lay hands on the sick in Jesus’ name
✔ Know that you reign with inner power—your words carry spiritual authority
✔ Measure your words; they have power to build up or tear down
✔ Do not fear poison or snakes—divine protection accompanies faithful obedience
Guard your spiritual health
Maintaining purity and faith so that you remain aligned with God’s purpose.
✔ Continue in faith—established, firm, and not moved from the hope of the Gospel
✔ Fear sin—it can block the ministry of angels assigned to you
✔ Let your deeds be done in the light, as one anointed by the Spirit of the Lord
✔ Wear the garment of praise, not a spirit of despair
✔ Remember: you are an oak of righteousness, planted to display God’s splendor
